Can’t find the help you’re looking for? Tech Help Appointments are available for booking at Cambridge Public Library. Call or email one of our locations, or fill out the form on this page for additional help.
Tech Help Guidelines
Tech Help Appointments can be booked for help with:
- Creating and using an email account
- Using an e-reading or tablet to download and stream library eBooks, eAudiobooks, Magazines, Newspapers, Movies, and Television Shows
- Navigating Microsoft Office or Google Drive software
- Creating accounts for and using social media
- Managing digital photos or files
- Customizing the accessibility tools on your device
Please note, Tech Help Appointments are unable to help with:
- Repairs to device hardware and/or software
- Typing up documents and/or transcribing documents
- Choosing devices/applications/vendors
- Endorsing, promoting, and/or purchasing online products
- House calls and/or remote access to home personal devices (computers, televisions, tablets, etc.)
Tech Help Appointments are limited to one (1) hour in length. If the appointment exceeds the booked hour another appointment will need to be scheduled.
