Kinesthetic resources in this unique space put a fresh spin on the traditional study room. Energize your mind while you explore the brain-body connection with physical activity and micro-movements. Hands-on, tactile learning in a multi-sensory environment can help reduce stress and increase focus. This new study space offers multiple options to help make your study time more active and effective.

KineStudy Room Features

  • Movement-friendly seating options include wobble stools, rocking floor cushions, and a FitDesk bike.
  • Flexible work surface options, with a weighted lap desk and lap desks with seats.
  • Fidget-forward accessories, including a peddler and a foot roller.
  • Interactive study aids with a whiteboard, whiteboard tables, colour-coded and write-on floor dots, and more.

Book the KineStudy Room

The KineStudy Room can accommodate up to five (5) people. You can book online, in person, or by phone up to one week in advance. A current teen or adult Cambridge Public Library membership is required to book the study rooms at Clemens Mill.
