Meet staff at the Summer Reading Club desks

TD Summer Reading Club reporting runs from Monday, June 29 to Saturday, August 15. Stop by throughout the summer to report your reading, get book recommendations, play games, and win prizes.

Arabic language reporting available daily at Clemens Mill and Hespeler. French language reporting available at Queen's Square after 5:30 pm, Monday to Thursday.

Clemens Mill and Preston

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm (Closed Mondays to Thursdays between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm)
  • Fridays: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm (Closed Fridays between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm)

Hespeler and Queen’s Square

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm 
  • Fridays and Saturdays: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

If you prefer a quieter space, consider visiting our award-winning Multi-Sensory Room at Clemens Mill. With a bubble tube, interactive wall panels, reflective materials, soft seating, and more, it’s a welcoming space for anyone who needs a calm reset. Bookings can be made by phone at 519-740-6294 or online through our Room Bookings tool. A library card is required for bookings.

TD Summer Reading Club is Canada’s biggest, bilingual summer reading program for kids of all ages, all interests, and all abilities. This free program is co-created and delivered by more than 2,000 public libraries across Canada. 

It celebrates Canadian authors, illustrators, and stories and encourages kids to have fun learning and exploring their interests even while they are away from the classroom. This summer tradition is designed to inspire kids to explore the fun of reading their way – the key to building a lifelong love of reading.
